At first, we are sceptical about this place because it sounds nothing except a panoramic painting to expect for this visit. However, to our surprise, it's a really amazing experience. Pay attention to the story, sound effects, and mesmerise the painting, which makes you feel like you are in that moment when the painting was captured. After that, go down 1 floor and play with the art creation and do the self personality test.

We were almost giving this place a miss. However we were glad to have made the visit, especially since it was covered on the Swiss travel pass. The panoramic depiction of a lesser known historic event was indeed captivating. The only thing we didn't like was there were no elevators , and with elderly and kids this becomes a tad bit of a problem since you have to climb 2 flights of stairs. The staff was very helpful though. The complex also houses a canteen, art gallery, a restaurant and a hair salon.

I'm a history girl and I really loved getting some insight into a topic I knew nothing about before. Nice setup and very well made, definitely worth checking out! I was completely alone up in the big panorama, it made the atmosphere feel even heavier!

Expensive, but they really try to milk the history and cultural significance of this painting and battle. The small museum in the level before the painting is well-designed, and has additional articles in QR codes.
