A Beautiful, Free Escape in the Heart of Zurich The Botanical Garden in Zurich is a true gem! Best of all, it’s free to enter, making it an even more amazing experience. The garden is beautifully maintained, with a wide variety of plants from all over the world. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stroll or just want to relax and enjoy nature, this place is perfect. It’s also open on weekends, which is great for those looking to escape the city bustle and spend some time in nature. The layout is spacious, offering plenty of room to explore the different sections, from exotic plants to tranquil ponds. Highly recommend visiting – it’s a wonderful place to unwind and reconnect with nature.
A quiet and small botanical garden located in a serene neighborhood. The main area is open at 8 am but the warehouses are open at 9:30 am. The entire environment was clean and simple, making the morning walk here special and vibrant! The entrance is for free.
Beautiful park with a pond and 3 spherical greenhouses. It features also 2 auditoriums, a library of the university ? a cafeteria, and restrooms ? A serene place especially in spring time. Highly recommended ?? ?
So cool! I completely envy the personal working there. The greenhouses are little enchanted gardens! Big space outside to sunbath and a small pond with ducks and frogs singing. You can take your picnic and enjoy an afternoon there! If you go there, consider donating some money via Twint, because its everything free of charge, and they deserve some help covering the costs to give us such a cool experience.
Beautiful garden and three greenhouses. It is incredible, but free entry. Nice to walk through and enjoy flowers, trees and all plants there. There’s a cafeteria, so you can take a break during your walk. You could also take some sandwiches and have picnic in the garden.
