To be honest, it was a bit unfair for us not to give here a 5 stars rating, due to we were hugely disappointed with the weather on the day, before we even arrived the Zooom. The visibility was no more than 1 meter on the day so we couldn't see the Matterhorn, with or without the periscope. The 3D paragliding flight was also a disappointment as the graphic & sound were poor. However, we were very impressed with the amazing 3D cinema showing the birds eye's view of the stunning Matterhorn throughout the seasons! (In my opinion, this is much better than the one showing inside the Jungfraujoch!) I had filmed parts of it & I just can't help watching it over & over again! We were also very impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Paragliding flight section. We witnessed that she had encountered many bad manner customers but she had remained calm & patient... Anyway, I think I would give this place a 5 stars if we arrived on a sunny day! We will be back one day!

I came here because it was included in the gornergrat ticket. There is a VR component that lets you feel how it is paragliding through matterhorn. Cater 30mins here to have a walk through of the mini museum.

ZOOM Matterhorn Must visit! It’s at the further top on the last stop of Gornegrat Train. I love the interactive VR view of the Matterhorn. The staff is helpful with questions as well regarding safety on hiking during winter. The history of Matterhorn is astonishing!

If you have time, visit the Matterhorn VR experience ?️? - walk around, see the peaks up close with microscopes, all included free with your train ticket ??️
