An amazing complex of buildings. Full of unbelievable gods and creatures. Astonishing. The place is a treat!

Good view, small nice place. Open 08:30-16:30. First built by Taoist in the 6th year of the Yanyou period of Yuan Dynasty in 1319. 500m east of Beijing Chaoyangmen subway station. This place is one of the most delightful scenic spots in Beijing. Cr. Dongyue Temple

Very relaxing place. Good for meditation. A beautiful temple surrounded of the Beijing traffic.

Because this temple is close to where I used to live, I visited it often. It was always an oasis of peace and quietness. It is by far not a famous temple, but here is where you can find what you may be looking for.
