Very nice wakeboard park, spacious, clean. The circle goes clockwise: best for regular footed wakeboarders. Plenty of obstacles to play with. Very decent food quality. They offer packages from Singapore for the day: S$88 + $S30 if you want to rent a pro board. This includes ferry at 9:15am, transportation, lunch, beginner board, unlimited use of the wakepark.

Staff were very nice and really helped us especially first starting out at the level A system. Come early in order to get a proper one on one especially when you first starting out. As the day passes, more people which will reduce dedicated attention. Only thing is one incident when my friend fell at the C system in the middle of the path. No stoppage of other wakeboarders. Friend had to shout at oncoming ppl to avoid a crash. Quite a terrifying moment.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Willing to patiently guide and instruct newbies. There is a beginner's pool as well. The package here from Singapore includes 2-way ferry, transport, lunch, and unlimited tries.

Spent a day at Batam Wake Park with a bunch of friends. We were guided the moment we disembarked at Batam and led straight to the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and pretty much as chill as the place exudes to be. The food and drinks available were simple, nothing too exotic, but delicious nevertheless. We did things at our own pace and had a great time.
