I had a wonderful spa experience today, thanks to my sister’s thoughtful birthday gift. I enjoyed a 60-minute deep tissue massage and a 30-minute purifying bath, both of which were truly relaxing. My masseuse, Amy, delivered an excellent massage treatment. Her technique was great, and she was very friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The spa provided a beautiful private massage room that was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The bath was soothing, complemented by a warm cup of ginger tea and fresh watermelon as snacks, making the experience even more satisfying.

Outstanding hotel, modern and attention to quality on small details such as slippers and amenities in the room. Floor to ceiling windows provide skyline night views to remember. Service was excellent from all staff, it was my birthday and the team has upgraded the room and arranged details to mark the occasion which was much appreciated. Rooftop restaurant and bars are excellent too. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when returning to Kuala Lumpur.

This is a nice 5* hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious and well appointed with a nice bathtub. Service is excellent all around. Nice breakfast with a view. Excellent location. Definitely pricey but worth a treat!

The rooms are very spacious and clean, water power is very strong, we enjoyed that, their service is friendly too! But, the room we selected included breakfast, but the buffet had a more limited selection than expected. It only offered plain congee, a few basic breakfast items, and some pastries. If you want pancakes, omelettes, nasi lemak, or other hot dishes, you'll need to order from the à la carte menu at an additional cost.
