Our villa was like a private little slice of heaven. The design was super classy and went perfectly with the awesome views of nature. Chilling in our own pool was the best way to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. The huge bathroom and all the modern stuff made our stay extra comfy. The staff at Banyan Tree Bintan were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, always paying attention to what we needed, and ready to help out with anything. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was top-notch. We felt like we were getting the VIP treatment the whole time

From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. Our villa offered a stunning sea view that was nothing short of breathtaking—watching the waves roll in from the comfort of our private space was a highlight of the trip. The dining options were exceptional, with every restaurant we tried delivering delicious meals. Whether it was fresh seafood or local Indonesian flavors, the quality and presentation were consistently top-notch. The staff deserve special praise as well—they were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome without ever being overbearing. The overall vibe of the resort is one of tranquility and luxury, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The combination of the beautiful natural surroundings, excellent service, and fantastic food made this stay unforgettable. Great experience. Among the best customer service and staff I have experienced thanks to all the team for a great stay. Only downside is the hillside location...Great views but it's a bit up and down and there isn't really much of a poolside etc to relax at. If you get a chance to go to the next hotel for the beach BBQ...do go...it's excellent.

I spent two nights here on a solo vacation and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. The villas were spacious and had great views, and felt tucked away and peaceful. There are two public pool areas and beach access. The restaurants were delicious, with large portions.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Resort on Bintan was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with a private swimming pool that felt like our own little sanctuary. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, offering serene ocean views and lush greenery in every direction. Each of the restaurants we tried served delicious food, with a variety of options to please our taste buds. What really set the experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special shout-out to Chef Adin and Sudar Sono who prepared a delicious meal for us at the stunning "Dinner at 17" venue, definitely the highlight of our trip. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!
