Level 4, Awana SkyCentral, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia
The Genting Highlands Cable Car (Awana Skyway) is a fun and scenic way to reach the top of Genting Highlands, especially if you're coming from the Premium Outlets. The ride offers breathtaking views of the lush green mountains and cool misty air — a refreshing escape from the city. The cable cars are modern, smooth, and well-maintained, with some offering glass floors for an extra thrill. It’s not just transportation, but part of the experience itself. Convenient, affordable, and enjoyable — highly recommended for visitors heading to the resorts, casino, or shopping areas in Genting!
Great experience, Can get the feel of height with your family or friends. Prior booking is better. Lil bit wait there to enter. Else good. Visit to Chinese temple recommended while return
The Cable car experience of "Genting Highlands" was really awesome... went there around 9 AM in the Morning... As such there was little to minimum crowd... as such would recommend to go at the morning... The cable car experience was eye pleasing... It covers many places including Chinese Temple & shoping malls & others... It is one of the highest cable car riding experience in the world... Overall highly recommend for people who come here in Malaysia to visit
Nothing that I can add to what everyone already knows. Fantastic service and supremely well maintained cable car system. Yes, it's best to buy your tickets in advance. But if you get there early then it takes barely a minute to purchase them from the automated kiosk. Do note that cashless would get you through faster as the automated kiosks don't accept cash. Return tickets are roughly 10% cheaper than one way. Just hope for clear weather on your day of visit because the views are stunning.
The Genting Highlands Cable Car (Awana Skyway) is one of the best ways to experience the beauty of the highlands! The ride was smooth, safe, and incredibly scenic — offering breathtaking views of the lush rainforest, mountains, and mist-covered hills. The cable cars are modern, clean, and well-maintained. We chose the glass-floor gondola, and it was absolutely worth it for the extra thrill and amazing views below! It’s a short ride (around 10–15 minutes), but truly memorable. The convenience of stopping at Chin Swee Temple Station midway is a bonus — a great chance to explore a stunning temple with panoramic views. The station at the bottom is connected to Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, which offers great shopping deals and dining options, making the entire experience perfect for a day trip. Highly recommended for families, couples, and nature lovers — it’s more than just transport; it’s an experience you won’t forget!
