Ansan Mountain park is close to Dongnimmun station. It’s a huge park like most in Seoul are. Wear good boots that grip on stone if you’re going up high. Great views high up, or just stay lower ground for more of an easy walk. ??

Ansan (Muaksan) Mountain is a worthy hike for the breath-taking view of Seoul from the west point. If you have the time and want to test your endurance, try Ingwansan and Bugaksan trails along the Seoul Wall. All 3 mountains are roughly around 300 meters tall. Many valley villages along the walls. Ansan or Muaksan is the shortest of the 3 mountains as it is 296 meters and is the easiest of the 3, but the last peak of about 30 meters might be the toughest, challenging of the 3.

Great hike, easy to follow. My slow, enjoyable hike up and down tool less than 2 hours. There is a lot of shade coming up, so it can be done at any time. It does get breeze at the top, which is nice and refreshing. On Friday midday, there weren't as many people, but it can definitely get busy Iver the weekends. Pack se snacks and water for the picnic along the route. Watch out for the nasty creatures - spiders. Other than that, all good.

Well constructed and maintained hike, with many routes up. You don't actually get to Anshan peak but the lookout at the Eastern Mound. A very pleasant and easy walk up if your a bit fit.

I trailled in Ansan Mountain and went to the top. The view is just amazing once there. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Seoul city. It is amazing that we can find this mountain at the doors of the city. The top is around 300 meters high but it is worth going there. The path is clean and accessible for everyone no do not hesitate to go there with kids or older persons. There are a lot of paths that will lead you to pavilions also. The only thing you have to do is bring good shoes and your smile :)
