The thing about ice cream is that you can have it any time of the day or weather. Tucked away at Jln Kuras in the Sembawang Hills Estate (Upper Thomson Road) is Ice Cream Chefs, a halal-certified ice cream store. Ice Cream Chefs is a halal ice cream spot that I discovered 2 years ago and I've visited it ever since.
If you like your greens, you might want to try their Matcha flavour and we even paired it with chocolate mint for some refreshing taste.

We also tried their waffles with 2 scoops of ice cream. We chose chocolate Hersheys and cappuccino flavour. The taste was divine - smooth chocolatey Hersheys just melted together with cappuccino flavour. Their ice cream was so smooth and flavourful, especially the chocolate and Hersheys as the chocolate taste was not too sweet.

Ohh we also tried their sea salt caramel... again it didn't fail us. So delicious!!
They also have local flavours like horlicks, milo peng, milk tea, bandung and more.
The entrance is sooo inviting and cosy..
Ice Cream Chefs' pricing is reasonable too - 1 scoop of ice cream is $3.80 and their waffles is $4 each.
Fun fact: Ice Cream Chefs used to do ice cream workshops but probably due to the pandemic, they might not do so anymore.
Oh... just to be sure.. I saw their halal logo at the entrance too.
