This hotel is one of the best we been in this trip to Taiwan. Free flow of snacks 24/7, great breakfast, and very nice staff to ensure our stay is comfortable. Special compliments to the chatty breakfast staff (No.16) who took extra care of us.

It's a nice hotel especially for the staff's kindness and the very good buffet breakfast. They also lend bikes for free. The rooms could be better with at least cupboards to tidy your stuff up... But most importantly the staff is really so kind.

Cool hotel with animal theme (you can see some fun drawings on the wall or door. We came in the stormy night, the front door was locked. The waiter welcomed us warmly and gave us complimentary noodles bowls for our dinner. Very kind! Room is neat and clean with complimentary water,tea and coffee. I love the large bathroom. The breakfast is basic but good quality. Free Snacks and drinks in lobby area. All in all, this is a nice place to stay when you are in Kaohsiung. Just a short walk from Formosa Boulevard MRT station.

5 stars as it is, compared to its price. Front staff was very helpful. Huge toilet and shower with limited amenities. Breakfast was not the same as shown in the photos in the hotel's elevator. Great location.

Recently I stayed in this property for two nights with family and an infant. The staff are really polite and understanding. The room is big and comfortable. Highly recommended. I will prefer this hotel whenever I visit Kaohsiung in the near future.
