Really cheap! It's kind of clean, but not perfectly clean (one bigger old stain on bedsheet). But for the price it's totally worth it. Aircondition and passwordes worked. For that price, I would come back. Near busstation as well and very central. It was a functional little room just for sleeping and a little bathroom. That was all we needed. We felt comfortable.
