clean amenities, good facilities like the free laundry service, good room service also reading room provide 24/7 coffee and snacks! Location is close to the MRT they also provide free shuttle bus to MRT as well which is very convenient. Overall will definitely stay again ! Higly recommended !

What a great hotel with fantastic staff. I stayed here for nearly 2 months in various different rooms (business double, business twin, superior double, triple). They offered a discount for extended stay at the time so we chose to stay here (minimum of 2 week stay for discount to apply). A few of my family members also stayed with me at Sun Hotel and we all enjoyed staying here. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were clean. All rooms have windows, but the business twin have the cool large window corners (note that the windows CAN be seen through at night so be aware and make sure to close the curtains!). All rooms have several lighting options that have controls next to the bed. Rooms include a coffee maker, coffee and tea options, free slippers, and bathroom amenities (toothbrush, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) that were refilled on a daily basis. Cleaning staff came through every day and were all very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Hotel amenities included free breakfast buffet (with a lot of options), bike rentals, laundry, printing and scanning, and lots of free snacks ?. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is in a good location that is walking distance to several restaurants and a morning market where you can get a lot of reasonably priced food, fruit, clothes, and various goods from different vendors that rotate day to day. While the hotel may be generally targeted at having younger guests, my mother who was in a wheelchair had a pleasant experience staying here and the hotel staff were very patient and were able to keep up with all of her requests. Overall cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If I am ever back in Kaohsiung and need a place to stay, I will definitely look to stay here. Thanks Sun Hotel!!

Many people mentioned the room temperature was cold because the air-conditioner's problem, fortunately we hadn't meet this issue. Buffet breakfast varied each day, all staffs were friendly. It was difficult to find eatery at night.

Sun Hotel We stayed 8 nights. Nov, 2023. (Parking) Underground parking. However, we didn't use it because we took the metro. N/A⭐ (Check-in) Check in process was quick and easy. +1⭐ (Room & Cleanliness) Room & bathroom is spacious and private. Clean bed & bathroom. +1⭐ (Quietness) Hotel is quiet, even when people walk by it very relaxing +1⭐ (Check-out) Check-out was quick and easy. +1⭐ Note: The room we had at this 3 star hotel is as beautiful and comfortable as some 4 star hotels we stayed at. The service here is great and very kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, a great place to walk around and close to the subway station. Bonus +1⭐ Overall 5⭐

Everything was pretty great and standardised. But the hot water pressure for high floors was too weak.
