The hotel’s location is very nice, only 3 to 5 minutes away from the Sakaisuji-hommachi/堺筋本町station , which allows you to access both the brown and green line, and is 2 or 4 stops away from the city centres . The room is quite small, but that is expected. The room has everything you need and beyond regardless of the room size . The hair dryer , hair curler , shower head and mattress were exceptionally good . Staff is ok with English and the overall experience is very pleasant .

-good location -don’t miss the free supplies in front of the ground floor elevator. The hair oil keeps you smell so good all day! -look at the ReFa shower head, hair dryer and even a hair straightener in every room! It’s girls’ paradise isn’t it

The hotel is above average but it has some bad things also: 1. If you have breakfast included, we needed to wait 20 min until we got to a table (even if a lot were free), it took us more than 1 hour and 20 from ariving to leaving from the restaurant, which is unacceptable for a coffee the breakfast we got. My advice is not to get breakfast and just somewhere else. You won't lose time and you're gonna pay the same amount of money. 2. If you need the invoice to be on a company name (and tax id and so on specifed) they literally have no clue how to do it. We payed at the hotel for the room, needed the invoice to be on our company name (and legal data) to get our refund from our company and after 30 min we gave up.

Overall have been a good experience on our 2nd night here. A quintessential hotel in close proximity to the train station. Decent room size, clean and good that the shower area is separated from the toilet and washing basin. Toiletries(sekkisei) available at ground level are saving grace as I have forgotten to bring my facial care items.Counter staff Kim San is pleasant and tried his best to provide info and help answer our question. Noticed that the other hotel guests are of good decorum.Only setback is our room does not come with a view. Just want to update with another big shout out to the counter staff who had helped to attend to our request for taxi booking in early hour,especially the gentleman who speaks impeccable American English, thank you for stepping in to assist. Sorry I didn't get his name. He also responded to my feedback on toilet malfunction, the problem was fixed the night we got back to the hotel room.???
