Excellent hotel Very clean Posh from the inside and out Free bus to haram on a schedule New interiors, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms . Hotel services are provided promptly. Breakfast was a good spread. DEFINITELY recommend. Very well priced , I’ve stayed here thrice now and plan on always booking with them ??

Wirgan Al-Aziziyah Hotel holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first hotel I stayed at in Makkah during the blessed days leading up to Ramadan. The stay was truly exceptional, marked by an outstanding level of cleanliness in the rooms, which is an essential aspect for me. Honestly, the hotel deserves a seven-star rating, especially given the luxurious amenities provided in the rooms. Although I did not have the chance to try their food or beverages, the reception staff were extremely professional and exceptionally cooperative, adding to the comfort and uniqueness of the experience. The hotel’s location in Al-Aziziyah is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to all necessary services and being in close proximity to the Holy Mosque. Additionally, the hotel provides a private shuttle service operating throughout the day to and from the Haram, making the stay even more seamless and comfortable. Without a doubt, this was a remarkable experience worth repeating. My sincere gratitude goes to the team for their outstanding efforts.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and handled with great professionalism. Special thanks to the reception staff who facilitated our check-in smoothly, though we regret not remembering his name. The suite exceeded our expectations—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable furnishings and excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful stay. Housekeeping services were impeccable, maintaining the highest standards throughout our visit. While our stay was delightful, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Room dining services were not always fully prepared, especially after midnight, with limited menu options available, which fell short of expectations. The coffee table in the lobby, a gesture of hospitality in our culture, was also not consistently available and could enhance the experience if offered at all times. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional experience with a few minor tweaks.

We came for umrah with family! and I was really happy to see the first look of the hotel! it was beautiful, and I was happy with the room, but I was not happy with the carpet. It looked kind of dirty, I wish they could use carpet cleaner. We took the shuttle, which was quite easy to go to haram shareef, their breakfast was also very good, it has so many varieties, we enjoyed it, I came with my 5 years old, and I heard they have a play area, which was very stressful relief, the girl who watched the whole room. I think her name was Reem. I am sorry if I pounce her name wrong. She was a sweetheart. She played so well with my daughter and took very good care of her. Thank you in the lobby, they have a dining area, and they prepared tea, coffee, fresh juices, whatever you like to have, it's very nice and calm place to sit with family, and have a great time, I highly recommend this place, especially when you're traveling with your family, it's safe and just 5 to 10 minutes walk you will see some stores, and you can shop around, inshAllah we will come back again, thank you
