Location is AWESOME! Room is big enough for a night. Coffee corner is nice. The staff seemed short handed as they were multitasking and seemed stressed. They were, however, very courteous and professional. It seemed like they could use one more person on to take the edge off (just my take on it). We had to check out before breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but otherwise our short stay was fine. Note: The rooms are barely big enough for two with medium luggage. If you carry a carry on, plus two check-in then you might require a facility with more room (see photos). On the plus++ side, it's steps away to food and shopping and getting to any of the terminals is easy.

Had 18hours layover in Singapore and discovered this hotel on Traveloka. I paid around 220 SGD for my 15hours stay (7pm - 10am), personally I think that was quite expensive. The room was very small (for 2 people), I had to take turns to open our luggage, and the problem was that I couldn’t even leave my luggage in the lobby/concierge. The room was full with our 2 big luggage & 2 cabin luggage. Other than that, there wasn’t any problem with our stay. The location was very strategic, since it was located inside Jewel Changi, foods and shops were only a step away from the lobby. They also provided work station, tea & coffee machine, water dispenser, iron & its table, massage chair, ice machine, and vending machine for your amenities. A nice place to stay if you have a long layover in Changi Airport, Singapore.
