This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food in the restaurants is excellent, and the staff are exceedingly helpful. This helpfulness extends to helping me with my Cantonese, as I am not a native speaker, but I am attempting to speak the language rather than expect the staff, who all speak excellent English, to be required to converse in my language. I am in their country so I should at least attempt to speak their language. And they are quite patient and helpful with me, even knowing that the interaction would go much more quickly if we just all spoke English. If I could give this hotel six stars out of five I would because this is probably one of my favorite hotels in the world and I have traveled extensively.
