I recently had a wonderful stay at Yello Hotel Harmoni, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the vibrant and energetic atmosphere was infectious. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. What truly made my experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service I received. A special thank you to Indra and Olly! They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Nisa, a remarkable trainee operator who assisted me during my recent booking for a short transit stay in Jakarta. Nisa's patience, professionalism, and warm demeanor were truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to provide me with detailed and accurate information about the rooms and hotel services, addressing all my questions with impressive knowledge and clarity. Her dedication and kindness made the entire process smooth and pleasant, and thanks to her efforts, I successfully secured a room. I am genuinely grateful for her outstanding service and sincerely hope to experience the same level of excellence when I check in. Kudos to Nisa for her exemplary work!

Kafin has asked to fill in this review. It is a good hotel with spacious and easily accessible rooms. The breakfast is varied, ranging from Indonesian cuisine to Western cuisine. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly and happy to think along with guests. The staff speaks good English.

hi yellow hotel harmoni, so happy to be back here. the very comfortable room with the great atmosphere, and its made me choose to come back here for a short get away from work. I really appreciate for helping me when i need something to Kaka Susan (from HK) who was very helpful in bringing what i need when stayed here (she is very humble and cheer’s up). her service was very good and friendly .
