Staff are very polite and accomodating. They speak good English. Attended all requests promtly.  Pool is nice! Just need to fix somethings in the room- leaking AC and Ceiling. But over all really satisfied!!! Highly recommended

If you value your health, avoid this place.

I stayed here about 5 years ago, and it was ok, not great, but ok. The state it is in now left me shocked. The hallways and breakfast area are full of water damage and mold. The grout in the bathroom, full of mold. Bedroom walls, water damage and mold. AC sounded like a 747 taking off at the nearby airport. If you get a room street facing, wear earplugs or you will not sleep. Breakfast options are limited.

Room somehow infested with mosquitoes, I assume they are drawn to the obvious damp conditions. Entered this hotel healthy, left with the flu.

I checked out a few days early and happily forfeited my room charge, I didn't even bother to ask for a refund of the days I wouldn't use.

I can't blame the staff. This is serious neglect and completely a (lack of) management problem.

My father booked this hotel due to all the amazing reviews online.
We arrived to a notification that they will be spraying the hotel with harsh chemicals due to a mosquito infestation. The hallways are completely full of mold, our room was covered in it as well. Very old and broken furniture. Lots of dubious marks and spots on the walls, massive hole in the wall from previous guests.
On check out they claimed that we had damaged the room and wanted to charge us for it.
If you are unlucky and get a room to the main road, you will not be able to sleep due to the traffic noise 24/7.

Giving a guest a hotel room with an error air conditioning system (it suddenly stops working) at 3am without a quick solution is unaacceptable. I tried to call the front office multiple times for the update of the matter but no answer and had to drag myself physically to the lobby to ask for the solution. Ultimately they gave me a new room but such unfortunate event should not happen at the very place especially during the resting time.
