It's an excellent hostel -- big, modern, clean and comfortable. Directions: From Exit D at Zhonglou metro station, walk 75m towards the big pagoda (Bell Tower), go up the stairs to the left just past the Apple Store, then the lift to Floor 3. TIPS: For food & fun at night, walk under the Bell Tower to either Exit 9 (Muslim Street, with heaps of grilled meat & snacks) or Exit 5 (Luomashi St with heaps of nightlife).

This is one of the best and most value-for-money hostels I have stayed at in my travel life. The pods / capsules were clean and comfortable, with a curtain for privacy, personal charger port, light switch, little hook and shelve for your personal items, a locker in the room etc. Towel was included which was nice and should always be the case but unfortunately isn't for a lot of hostels nowadays ("renting" a towel is a silly thing in my opinion, maybe in a couple of years a pillow or mattress is also no longer included for free). There were a lot of toilets (with seat covers + seat cleaners) and showers (with good water pressure and temperature control), it was clean and quiet in the sleeping areas, and if you want to be social there is a big lobby area (including bar) with lots of places to sit and chill, or to enjoy your food, drink and meet people or just be by yourself. Location is also good, close to the Bell Tower and a metro station with tour desk where you can book a direct tourist bus to the Army of Terracotta Warriors. The only downside is that it was very difficult to find without a map, I had the address written down in English and Chinese and knew it was close to the metro station but I still had to walk and look around for 30 min and ask random people on the street before I discovered it was in a nondescript building and you have to take an elevator up, a little bit more directions or a sign with the English name outside of the building would have helped!

Really good hostel! It’s cheap, but the services are amazing! The bar is lovely, coffee is good, beers are good, the staff is friendly, plenty of washing machines available, the beds are comfortable and have a curtain, the rooms are cleaned everyday and some water is provided. From a European perspective the shower facilities are okay.. but for China tbh they’re great! Would highly recommend this place. I’ve had a lovely stay.

I spent four nights here, and loved it. The bed in the capsule was comfortable, without the room being too hot. The biggest plus for me was the social space - it's big, with various seating options, a bar and some food. Second biggest plus was the staff, doing their best to help - even if I had to show one how to pour beer! Location is good - close to subway, Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower. Laundry facilities onsite did get quite busy at times.

✅ Great location ✅ Not squat toilet ✅ extremely easy to access to market, shopping center, Food, apple store in just below the building. Only one feedback is the internet quite slow in bedroom. The rest is perfect!
