I stayed there for three days during Ramadan. The hotel atmosphere was calm and peaceful . The hotel management was cooperative . The check-in was done in a min .We did an early check-in for which they charged us extra money. The room was tidy with a beautiful view of mountains. Its 8 to 10 mins drive from haram bus station. They have buses available all the time , but wait for 30 mins or even more for the passengers.Therefore, if you are getting late for salah better to use uber or taxi. Secondly, if you go Makkah towers too much walking and from that side the hotel diatance also becomes way greater. The taxi usually charged us 70 to 80 sar. And if you plan to go back to haram bus station the walking distance would be 45 mins or even greater because of too much crowd . They didn't clean the room during our stay. Everyone staying put the trash outside the corner of their doors. Lifts are really good and clean . They have a coffee corner and restaurant (buffet is available). Iron, refrigerator and electric kettle were available in the room along with a weighing machine. An extra quilt was in the cupboard.

We booked family rooms and stayed in this hotel. Our experience in this hotel was excellent. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Especially the welcome and assistance provided by a receptionist Ms. Nasla was great ?.
