We had a fantastic stay at Waitakere Resort & Spa! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the stunning views of the surrounding Waitakere Ranges were breathtaking. The highlight was the food—each meal was delicious. Overall, the resort provided a perfect family getaway, combining relaxation, excellent service, and incredible scenery. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

I had a lovely stay at Waitakere Resort and Spa. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent! My room was very nice. Spacious, clean, tidy and all amenities provided. There was a beautiful view from my room. The la carte food was great! The hot breakfast was delicious. The dinner was very nice. And their orange juice and the breakfast pastries were delicious. I would give them a 4.5 star rating (out of 5 stars), for my stay. They also gave me a discount coupon for my next stay.

Hi Jibin, We would like to thank you for making our stay at the Waitakere Resort & Spa so enjoyable. The rooms very comfortable & spacious. All very relaxing. We had a lovely view from our private balcony across the forest very peaceful. Our 6-course meal was exceptional. Hightly recommended it. Beautifully presented. All your staff were very professional & friendly. We also enjoyed the walks around the resort. About a 1 hour round trip. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so enjoyable and will certainly recommend your hotel & food to our friends. Jane & Paul

This place is so much better than the reviews say! It’s not a 5 star perfect, new resort. But it has an unbelievable view, loads of character, wholesome service l, well sized rooms, good beds and amazing food! You’re getting a lot for what you pay for. I stayed for two nights and the food for breakfast lunxh and dinner was all fantastic. What a way to unwind close to Auckland with wonderful walks and beaches close by. Yes your curtain might have a small rip in it or there might be a bit of mould in the shower grout. But my room was super clean. The bed was super comfy and the view across Auckland amazing.

Hmy Friend and I had such a fabulous weekend here. We were really pleased with the room. The view was wonderful. Even though the room itself had not been renovated or updated, it had a lovely style and feel about it. Heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful. The shower products like shampoo conditioner moisturiser etc were the best I’ve ever used in any hotel anywhere. Staff were also super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for a weekend away
