Vibrant and lovely hotel located in the Sentosa Cove area. Firstly, the hotel's location is simply stunning, offering scenic waterfront views and lush surroundings that create a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. Our room was a delightful haven, spacious and stylishly decorated with bold decor. The comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast area, including the manager, were incredibly humble and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience. The hotel's SPA was a wonderful retreat, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, I must mention that we were not impressed with the service at the wet/pool bar. The staff there could certainly benefit from some improvements in their service quality. One of the highlights of our mornings was participating in the yoga sessions. It was a nice and refreshing way to start the day, especially for those who enjoy a bit of morning exercise. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various restaurants within walking distance was a great convenience. We had the opportunity to explore and enjoy different cuisines without having to venture too far. Overall experience was excellent except Pool bar staff.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful room facing the marina. The room is of good size with 2 double beds. Toilet and amenities are good. Staff are mostly wonderful. To us, Kitchen table restaurant is good but not skirt. Maybe we didn't order the right food. We had the skirt beef which was tough...... they even have to help us by bring it back to the kitchen to cut to small pieces for us. We were sawing through to get a slice?. I ordered duck. But the presentation, temperature and all were not enticing. The meat had a tendon in it and I needed a steak knife to saw through it too. Overall, temperature of food was not good. Kind of a press on to finish our dinner..? Kitchen table is good. We had lunch there. Temperature of food is really good and so is the taste. I love mu spaghetti. Will go back again for it.

I stayed in this hotel as part of my trip in my honeymoon. I received a welcoming chocolate and a love sign. The staff were supper nice and very helpful. The decoration is good but little bit out of touch. The swimming pool is amazing, yet you need to pay about $200 for a sun lounger. The location is great if you want to go to activities in Sentosa island, Sentosa island itself is beautiful I enjoy the ride in the free transportation inside the island. There is no toilet bidet, it would have been better if it was there. The hotel price is higher than value but it is understandable as the prices are really high in Singapore in general.

This was our second staycation here, being my wife's favourite Marriott hotel in SG. We are most grateful that Ms Alycia honoured Mr Jim's promise to make it up to us when our check-in during our former stay was delayed. We didn't know what an AWAY Room was and were floored to discover the room had a private pool. The kids truly and thoroughly enjoyed themselves every day playing in it; so much that we didn't venture to the bigger hotel pool. The husband was very grateful that Ms Alycia was the first Marriott representative to take the effort to remember and not address him as Mr Koh (as the rooms are usually registered in my name). An equally big thank you to Ms Lynette, who redefined what good customer service is. On the morning of our checkout day, the husband discovered his white sweater was stained by a leaky Passion Star kombucha bottle and requested some dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent. Miss Lynette kindly offered to rush to launder it and returned the spotless jacket before we checked out. We were deeply touched and grateful for the most amazing gesture! We love the new arrangement, whereby guests who are Platinum Elite and higher are entitled to a complimentary drink at the Woobar! Pre-COVID, W Hotel KL had complimentary drinks and a few rounds of canapes. I'm not sure if they still do, but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience then! p.s. It is disappointing that this is the first W hotel in the region that doesn't allow us to da bao (meaning takeaway) pastries that we loved from the breakfast buffet. So much were leftover during the end of the breakfast hours, so why not make us guests a little happy? The other W hotels even provide us with bags to take away some food...

Not the best location to get to places, but you are in Sentosa, what's more do you want to go. The service was good when I first reached Hotel at the front desk. I felt welcome and comfortable. Even my kid felt welcome, Kudos to the 5 star hotel. I had breakfast at the the kitchen table and also felt the service, was good. No complaints.
