I had an amazing two-night stay at W Hong Kong! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service, making me feel truly welcomed. The hotel exudes luxury, with stylish and comfortable rooms that made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular, adding to the overall experience. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet—so many delicious options to choose from! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a high-end stay in Hong Kong, W Hong Kong is definitely worth it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would love to return!

We had a wonderful family stay at W Hotel, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service we received from Renee, the Assistant Manager. From the moment we arrived, Renee went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. What truly stood out was her genuine hospitality — she took the time to understand our needs as a family and ensured everything was taken care of, from arranging amenities for our baby to helpful recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression on us. The location is excellent, right above Kowloon MTR station, and Airport Express which gets us to the airport in 25 mins, running at 5-10 min intervals - truly quick, easy, comfortable. Breakfast spread is excellent and delicious. Renee is a true asset to the W Hotel team, and I have no doubt she’ll go far in her career. Thank you, Renee, for making our stay so memorable — we look forward to returning soon!

I recently stayed at the W Hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely unbeatable, connected directly to the Elements shopping mall and Kowloon MTR station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you’re heading to Central or catching the Airport Express, everything is right at your doorstep. The hotel’s amenities are truly top-notch. The rooftop pool and well-equipped fitness center were highlights of my stay, and the overall design and atmosphere are chic and modern, exactly what you’d expect from the W brand. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and offer stunning views of the harbor. If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the front desk and staff interaction. While efficient and professional, I found the service to be a bit impersonal. A warmer, more welcoming attitude, especially at check-in, would go a long way in elevating the guest experience. Still, with its prime location and luxurious amenities, the W Hotel is a fantastic choice in Hong Kong and I would definitely return.

Just revisited W Hong Kong for a holiday after a few years, and it was great to be back. The arrival area on the ground floor has undergone a noticeable transformation — the décor has been refreshed, and the former Chinese restaurant is no longer there. The guest room itself remains unchanged since my last visit, but still delivers the same stylish charm, comfort, and incredible views over the harbour. The bed was plush, and I especially loved the oversized bathtub overlooking the sea — truly a perfect spot to unwind. The suite’s living area is vibrant with bold colors and playful furnishings that reflect the W brand’s signature aesthetic. The mirrored bar setup and lounge space made it easy to relax and entertain. Meanwhile, the Woobar and public areas are visually impressive, featuring dynamic textures, contemporary art, and plenty of light. Although the rooms haven’t been renovated yet, they are still in excellent condition and offer a memorable stay. W Hong Kong continues to balance edgy design with comfort and remains a fun and stylish urban retreat in the heart of the city.

Incredible hotel with best views of the city on the water and Harbour the service is incredible. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is also amazing. Everybody wants to help by any means. Limbo was amazing guy who helped me to carry my luggage even after his working hours. I will definitely come back again to this hotel.
