I just has a 8-night stay at Virgin Hotels NYC, and it was a good experience overall. My room on level 35 & had an amazing view that truly enhanced my visit. The room size was surprisingly spacious for NYC, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated for whatever you need to do, whether it's a short walk or a quick Uber ride to various attractions. I found the hotel to be clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep with jet-lag. One downside was the lack of daily room service, which felt a bit disappointing given the price point of the room. However, it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. The gym facilities were outstanding, offering everything you might need for a solid workout. That said, I could have done without the female trainer who seemed to yell at (or talk out loud wihtout condieration) her clients daily; a more supportive approach would have been appreciated. The front-of-house staff exemplified the warm and helpful service that the Virgin brand is known for. They made my stay feel even more welcoming and enjoyable—kudos to the team! Dining at Everdene was a highlight, with first-class breakfast. I would rate my stay a solid 9.3 out of 10. Virgin Hotels NYC is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay in the city, and I will definitely return.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways and we absolutely loved our visit here. Service, location and rooms were all excellent! My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and we feel like we found a true gem in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were always available and willing to help accommodate us as best as possible. We enjoyed the bar while watching a Knicks game, enjoyed the rooftop terrace and strolled the nearby streets( lots to do and see nearby). There was also an upstairs lounge in the hotel that offer great views of the city skyline and was perfect for a nightcap. We also LOVED the breakfast. For value, service and luxury this hotel hits all the marks and more! We look forward to visiting the spa and enjoying the outdoor rooftop pool on a next visit but we did take a peek and they look like amazing spaces to relax and unwind. We will defiantly make this one of our go to places in New York.

I would highly recommend Virgin Hotels NYC!The front desk team were amazing from beginning to end. The room was clean and spacious. The views alone are what makes this room. Food was great! The only thing is I wish there was free access to spa amenities. I can’t wait to be back this coming week.

I stayed here in the last week of November/1st week of December 2024. The hotel was modern, clean, fresh, had a good atmosphere, friendly staff. It's advertised as a 5 star hotel, it seemed more comparable to other 4 star hotels that I have stayed at, though that being said, 4 star is still good. My biggest complaint is the size of the rooms, they are rather on the snug size, and that's coming from a Brit who isn't used to large American sized rooms. That being said, I would stay here again, I had a pleasant stay. The location is great, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping is all walkable.

Absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotel NY! The view from my room was breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The room design is modern and stylish, and I especially appreciated the vanity table—perfect for getting ready. Highly recommend!
