It’s a very nice hotel the best with the shuttle service staff was just OK when it’s come to the food they act pretty rude. The smell the fragrance when you enter the Hotel that give you amazing memory very pleasant to tell in a good price.

Thanks first of all for having us as your guest. Hotel was overall very good,cleaned and their staff was very friendly to children and old people. Room was above my thoughts. It was very clean . They provided every basic necessities like soap,water,shampoo e.t.c. They also provide free shuttle service from hotel to harram 24/7 One issue that I faced was I had free breakfast included for 5 days . Breakfast was average not good they include all Arabic foods as I am an Asian I didn't have any options to eat instead of fruit. In all 5 days I only ate fruit They should improve their chefs and should include international dishes Bus that they provide was good. But it was dirty their was trash everywhere in the bus. Bus needs repairment . There was many sounds in the bus as the bus moves .

Thank you for having us and making our stay enjoyable and easy. Initially, the room we had for the first three nights was not ideal, but after requesting a king bed, we were much more comfortable. We stayed for over two weeks, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The breakfast was good, although a bit on the pricey side. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Haytham (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was extremely helpful, polite, respectful, kind, and always ready to assist. He was the only staff member who spoke English fluently and took care of our questions and issues promptly. The bus service to Haram was convenient, running every hour, and I appreciated the location of the hotel. It would be great if they could include access to the gym and laundry services in the room cost or provide a self-service washing machine. Additionally, having more multilingual staff available 24/7 would improve the overall experience. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again and I will , but I also might consider trying another location next time.
