We stayed at Village Kyoto from April 2 to April 6 with five friends and really enjoyed it. The staff was very kind, especially the lady who welcomed us. We arrived a few hours early and left our bags at the hotel. Later, we found out she already brought them to our rooms. That was really nice! The whole hotel was very clean, including the rooms and the onsen (hot bath). We also liked the free Japanese pajamas, ice cream, and nice-smelling oils. This hotel is great for everyone – whether you travel alone, with friends, or with family. We really recommend it!

We loved this hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Free sake and popsicles after 3pm. A nice station to make scented bookmarks that my kids loved. Spa was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kyoto! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location—just a short walk from Omiya Station—was perfect for getting around. Great for families too. We truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended—just perfect!

The hotel offers great value for the price. A few suggestions: the pillows are quite soft—it would be helpful if firmer options were available. While the onsen isn’t natural, it’s clean and a nice amenity nonetheless. The staff are courteous and professional. Location is a bit tricky but overall it was a good experience.

Great location — right across from Family Mart and near a Lawson at the corner. A bus line stops nearby, so getting around is easy. The room was cozy, very clean, with separate toilet and shower areas. There's a small dressing space, an air purifier, and bedding (mattress, blankets, pillows) neatly stored in the closet. They also offer free ice cream, workshops, wine, and access to the onsen during specific hours. A very thoughtful and comfortable stay — highly recommend!
