Great service and amenities. Had a good stay there.

Very nice hotel right next to Kyobashi station. The hotel was spotless and has great amenities including a generous size public bath. Kyobashi area has many nice restaurants and bars and its more laid back than Shinsai-bashi or Doton-bori. If we come back to Osaka we’d love to stay in this hotel again!

Good hotel. It was a nice upgrade from the last hotel we visited. Very inviting and modern building. The entrance seems very inconspicuous and the lobby is interestingly on the third floor.

Excellent location and breakfast – room perfect for solo travelers I really enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic, and the breakfast at the café exceeded expectations—especially the wide variety of fresh salads and open-faced sandwiches, which were even better than what I’ve had at some big-name hotel chains. The room was modern, well-sized for solo occupancy, and came with a clean, functional bath. My only suggestions would be to improve the friendliness and approachability of the front desk staff when speaking English as well as the WiFi could be better. I understand the hotel primarily caters to a Japanese clientele, but a warmer reception would enhance the overall experience. That said, I appreciate the overall quality—please keep up the great work!
