Jl. Raya Kupang Indah No.37-39, Dukuh Kupang, Kec. Dukuhpakis, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60225, Indonesia
The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy! Ada bathtub dengan air hangat yg menyala cukup cepat (saat kran dibuka pertama kali). The staffs were also helpful.. Breakfast was so-so. Menunya cukup beragam..they even offered miso soup, but it's a bit too salty..and the downside was I took some fried rice and it tasted almost stale.. Nevertheless, there're some good restaurants just beside the hotel..
Breakfast superrrbbb!! Delicious and the hospitality services also very friendly and nice. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy. But I was hope, there’s some furniture or interiors stuff need to be change, bcs it looks old. Overall great service and good place to stay in Surabaya with friends or family. They also have a clean and comfortable swimming pool .
Got a last minute deal via apps. An old but well maintained hotel. The room is spacious and clean, hot water works well, AC is good. Swimming pool is big. There is children playground but its located in the back of the building in a damp corner in front of the gym :( Breakfast menu is various, local and western dishes, tastes good as well. Location is strategic and parking is spacious.
It was a nice hotel, the pool is almost always empty so if you swim there it feels like a private pol lol. the room is nice but some of the facilities are kinda old, the refrigerator needs fixing because I left a bottle overnight but it didn't turn as cold as i expected. the breakfast buffet is nice, there are lots of choices for the main course, but the bread and pastry could use some improvement.
I have to say, I really love the 80s decor of this hotel. You can tell it was built during that era, and the Art Deco-inspired furniture is just fantastic—beautifully preserved and full of charm. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and overall very comfortable. However, the air conditioning was extremely cold. I couldn’t manage to adjust it properly, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at night. The major downside—and frankly, a shocking one—is that people are allowed to smoke in the lobby. As a doctor, I find this completely unacceptable. Secondhand smoke is a serious health hazard, and allowing smoking in an enclosed public space, especially in a hotel, is not only outdated but also dangerous. Guests should be required to smoke outside. This was the only truly negative aspect of my stay, but it left a strong impression on me. Despite this, I would stay here again—though I will definitely express my concerns about the indoor smoking policy to the reception.
