The apartment is great. The pool as long as the building looks. The facilities are good such jacuzzi, fitness center, and the staff was nice. It’s around 5km from pattaya beach.

Venetian condominium is a new complex with beautiful territory. You can find a sauna, steam room, gym, big swimming pool and jacuzzi there. Apartments are located near Jomtien beach (about 10 minutes walk). The beach is quite empty, good place if you just want to relax. There are 2 small supermarkets nearby (seven eleven and family mart), self-service laundry, ATM, street food. It’s pretty remote from Pattaya center, so you need to get a baht bus or rent a bike for fruit markets, big supermarkets, massage and other activities. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an oven, microwave. Wi-Fi is good. On the negative side, the location is quite remote, there are lots of barking dogs nearby

The condo and resort are fairly nice. They're not brand new, but decent overall. The pool and swimming area are lovely, and the lobbies look good too. Our room matched the pictures and met our expectations. The staff were friendly. However, the location could be a downside. In the heat, a 10-minute walk to 7/11 or Tops feels longer, and getting to the beach takes even more time. You'll need a taxi, or have to rent a bike or car if you want to explore beyond the immediate area. Given the size of the complex, it would be convenient to have coin-operated laundry on-site, but you have to go down the street across from 7/11 for that. We did discover an excellent laundry service called Mr. Jeff’s laundry a bit further away. There's no restaurant on-site, and while there's a small store nearby, its selection is limited.
