Clean room and bathroom. No complaints on any equipment and furniture. Location wise is very accessible to roadside hawker stalls as well as fast food restaurants, i.e. McDonald's. Many foot massage shops nearby.

If you guys want to rent a bike, please contact or find them. Very easy to communicate and can got discount too.

Location is in the middle of the Lee Garden night market. Almost every popular restaurants are within 10-15 min walk. Kim Yong Market is around the corner and about 10 min walk. Yes, rooms are small. The TV is small but it's a smart TV so for us cos it was raining everyday, we watched Netflix with our own account. Surprisingly it's quiet as long as the rooms aren't facing the night market. We could still hear the live music but everything quiet down after 11pm. The Muslim staff can speak English, Malay and Mandarin. They are very stringent on early or late check-in, etc. But the way she refused you, it's almost funny and you don't get angry. Hahaha We did manage to get early check-in with a bit of luck cos some guest left earlier. The lobby is bare, more like a bus terminal waiting area. WiFi is available there too. After 7pm, you'll need to use the key fob to enter at the side. Deposit is 200thb. Bikes can be rented from 300thb onwards.

Best budget hotel. Near market and tourist attraction. All the staff very helpfull and friendly. Very recomended for tourist to rent bike here, very affordable. The room also clean well maintenanted, best amenities also.
