I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles and attentive service. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The service throughout my stay was top-notch — from the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations offered by the front desk. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay with great hospitality. I will definitely return on my next visit.

I stayed at this hotel during Songkran and was genuinely impressed. It’s great value for money considering all the facilities and services it offers. The hotel features a clean indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, which added a lot of comfort to my stay. It’s located right in the heart of the city, surrounded by luxury malls — perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Although the hotel is tucked a bit deep inside the alley, they provide a free shuttle service which makes access super easy. What I enjoyed the most was the BBQ and cocktail setup in front of the hotel during Songkran – it was held every evening and had such a festive, relaxing vibe. Plus, there’s a daily “Chocolate Hour” with delicious treats offered for free – a sweet bonus I didn’t expect! All in all, a great stay and I would definitely come back.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff are attentive, polite, professional and amazingly helpful. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. An awesome rainfall shower. Restaurant had an extensive menu with high quality dishes. Gym was big and very well equipped for a hotel. Location is good and not too busy of an area a night. Hotel provides a shuttle to nearby shopping centres and monorail. Nana area is a few stops away and interesting ? ? but not for children ?. The staff here can't do enough for you, from valet to senior management. It has a real dedicated family feel to it. Strongly recommend ?

Rooms were spacious. Even the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on. Hospitable and nice staff especially during the morning buffet (and I have to say the food selection here was impeccable. From Middle Eastern to Thai cuisine, all the same good quality.) Mild was kind and took care of my entire family all throughout. Will definitely come back here!

Amazing! Top luxury and service! High-tech property! The main restaurant is beautiful with amazing breakfast. We got an upgrade to a Suite with a small additional charge. The rooms size is huge compared to other properties. They also provide a free shuttle service every 30mins. They packed us an early morning breakfast to take away at 4 am with huge portion. It was enough for breakfast and lunch. Good packaging and the taste was great. Also, your name pops up when you turn on the TV. A gentle touch but feels nice! Highly recommended!
