A nice, quiet little hotel. Newly refurbished, or so it seems. Staff are very helpful, especially the ladies. Only one or two of the staff have a good command of English. Note there are no phones in the rooms and beds are like mattresses on the floor so if you need a Western bed, this is not a hotel for you. Even though it's slightly off the main thoroughfares, there is a train station a few steps away and a taxi stop right in front - very convenient. Also close by are car rentals.

Great location, which is just a few meters away from the station exit. Rooms are clean; although small but functional, as you would expect of a business hotel. Free usage of laundry washer and dryer (a small pack of detergent can be purchased at ¥50 or their equivalent of 50 cents) free welcome drinks and simple breakfast buffet included. Luggage storage is available, and a small collection of books and manga at the lounge area. Staff were really polite and helpful. Also, just a heads up for future visitors, the aircon/heater would need some time to start up after turning on as it has a self-cleaning function that takes about 3-5 mins, so don't freak out if it doesn't automatically starts running ?)

The entire hotel looks very new, clean, high tech, and well curated. The staff is very friendly and the services and amenities are really good! The location is perfect, very close to the center of gion district and nearby many restaurants and groceries stores (10m from Lawson and Familymart). The rooms are big and have many facilities like air purifiers and hair dryers. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Oh, and they have a Totally FREE laundry! I highly recommend it!
