This is my first time in Taiwan and I have to do a 3+4 quarantine and self prevention schedule. I amazed seeing the rooms are so neat and clean especially the washroom. They provided everything you require to stay for 8 nights. The staffs are always on time in providing meals, replying your queries through Line(at late night too) or any other issues. At first, my room was facing the back alley, so there was no sunlight at all. I just told them about it and requested to change my room. They did it without any hassle. Now, my room has a big window(almost half of the wall) facing the front,full of sunlight. One day, I informed them to off my dinner, they quickly provided me a fruit box. I was so touched. Overall, my experience is very good with this hotel. If you are searching for isolation hotel, you can definitely check this one.

The hotel is super clean. The staff are very supportive and friendly. In my last trip, I left some stuff at the hotel and went back to Vietnam. The hotel staff managed to send the clothes to my address in Vietnam which was incredible. I’m so grateful to her help. 5 star service!

My family stayed here from Sep 10 - 14, 2024. Clean room, comfortable shower pressure, amazing front desk services. Arrived 7 am and way too early for check in. Free checked bags. Loved the continental breakfast.
