We arrived at 7pm and we had the worst experience. We were tired and we got yelled at immediately. Plus, they didn't clean the rooms until we asked them one day if they could come in and clean. What happened was that I read that it was a self service motel so we put our baggages in the room and quickly went straight to the room were you can get towels, shampoo, etc. They shout at us and treated us like thiefs for this. Instead of calmly explaining that we had all of this in our rooms and this is just extra if needed.

Very spacious, clean comfortable rooms. It had a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc. Spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Great block out curtains, quiet with no traffic noise. Would definitely recommend staying here. It felt safe and our room was ready earlier than 2pm which was fantastic as we had been travelling all day. I would highly recommend this motel.

In essence, my wife and I thought it was pretty damn good, met our needs very well. Our room was very spacious, 40sqms I think, the bathroom big, the shower very good, plenty of bathroom supplies, a new looking lounge, carpet that seemed to be fairly new and importantly, a very comfortable bed (I can sleep on anything but wife not so but she was happy) and the room was clean. Yes, it is not the newest motel in which we've stayed but it was plenty good enough for our needs. My wife commented "I'd definitely be happy to stay here again" and if she's happy, I'm happy. We didn't have any direct contact with reception but check-in was easy, even for an idiot like me and not only was the room well supplied with essential needs but one could go to a dedicated room next to reception if more supplies were required.

Great location Was pleasantly surprised The room was really big and also very comfortable There was a club over the road which had great meals at a even greater price And you can walk to twin towns Service club in 15 easy Would definitely be on my list to stay again

Excellent location for Tweed Heads & Coolangatta. Easy to check-in & check-out. Clean rooms. Good parking. Club Tweed across the road. Stayed here many times. Has nice spa rooms for relaxing stays. Definitely recommended.
