Title: Shocking Experience at Hotel Tunjungan - Never Again!

My friend and I recently stayed at Hotel Tunjungan, and I feel compelled to share our terrible experience to warn other travelers. This was by far the worst hotel stay we've ever endured.

Room Problems:
We were forced to change rooms three times during our stay, with no proper explanation or apology from staff. Each move wasted hours of our vacation time as we had to pack, wait, and unpack repeatedly. The staff treated this as completely normal, showing zero concern for our inconvenience.

Terrible Staff Behavior:
The night manager on May 3rd was unbelievably rude. When we tried to explain our problems, he kept dismissively saying "No no" without listening. Even worse, when we mentioned writing a review about the poor conditions, he sneered "Do whatever you want" - showing complete contempt for guests. He refused to give us any supervisor contact information when we asked to escalate our complaints.

Restaurant Issues:
The restaurant staff constantly pestered us to eat there since they had no customers. One evening, they actually invited us to sing, promising we could perform until 11pm. But once we were there, they kept changing the rules - first demanding payment, then suddenly saying we couldn't sing at all. They wasted our entire evening arguing until 10:45pm before kicking us out!

Poor Facilities:
- The hotel felt empty with most amenities closed
- Our key cards failed constantly - we had to get them reset every single time we returned
- Dirty carpets that smelled musty
- Rooms were outdated and poorly maintained
- The whole place had a neglected atmosphere

Complete Lack of Care:
Instead of enjoying our trip, we wasted hours every day dealing with unhelpful staff. The manager showed no interest in solving problems or taking responsibility.

Final Warning:
Do NOT stay here! The combination of terrible service, broken facilities, and rude staff made this the worst hotel experience imaginable. We will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible experience. Please avoid booking this hotel, otherwise it will definitely ruin your vacation.

1. Lifts are insanely slow.
2. Staffs are not trained properly, there were two staff broke into our room to give towels which we didn't request at 10pm, wtf.
3. Deposit was taken from a card, but refunded by cash, the staff said the charge isn't revertible. Incredible, I know.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And here I am not speaking of how it looks (incredibly old with cheap “luxury” looking like furniture and plastic flowers).
The basic stuff a tourist could dream of is simply non existent here. Hot water from the faucet? Too much to ask. Just water coming consistently out of the tap? Still too much. Dirty mirrors. Dirty bathtub. One single socket to plug your devices for charging in the entire room.
And yeah. Try to call something you need from the receptionist. Then call again. And again. And maybe then they will bring a towel that you requested like thirty minutes ago.
The worst experience. I wish I have read the reviews here before booking this place
