First we dont expect to much when we look for the price…but this is up level for our expectations…clean, comfort and have balcony and with swimming pool, 7 eleven in front, and just walking near to asean night bazar, central hat yai and greenway…tips: try small local food beside the hotel…good foods and cheap

Nice hotel room, quiet, excellent service and the facilities. Wifi connection also good here

-there is a lot of parking and there are guards - great security, if you want to enter the building you have to touch the card to get on the elevator (room card) - there is personal wifi in each room - in front of the hotel there is 7E -within 300m you have arrived at the Greenway Night Market (you can also walk from the hotel) - only one thing i don't like, if there any stain/dirt/damage to this room, you have to pay a lot of fine so u have to be extraaaaa careful -quiet and so clean

Check in and out at the sister hotel next door. We even parked our car there. There’s a 7E outside. We actually walked to ASEAN Night Bazaar - and theoretically could’ve walked to Greenway and Central Hatyai too. Room was super clean ?, bed comfortable (pillow could be bigger), bathroom was good size too. Staff speak Thai, English and Malay. Didn’t try the restaurant as it isn’t halal. For RM77 per night (about 600baht) and if you drive a car this would be a good deal. They have a long list of potential fines for damages, losses and infractions (see photos) but if you’re a reasonable guest none of them should be an issue.
