Very good hotel, located 25 minutes by train from Manhattan. Comfortable bed, spacious room. The reception was always available for any questions. Very friendly staff. It would just be helpful to know in advance that 25% of the booking amount is taken as a deposit until check-out. But overall, the hotel is highly recommended. Great value for money.
Stayed here for 3 nights and had an overall positive experience. The staff working the desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. I wish the pillows were a bit larger but not a huge deal. Pretty decent sized room with a large closet, bathroom, desk and fridge. The shower was a little finicky when it came to switching between shower heads but again that isn't a big issue. I liked that there was a window that opened in the washroom for some fresh morning air. Good location with only about a 10 minute walk to NJ Penn Station. We got lucky and our stay overlapped with the blooming of over a dozen cherry blossom trees across the street which was a nice experience. Reasonably priced. Didn't try the on-site restaurant but it was nice to have that as an option. Would stay here again.
Overall, this hotel is were it stands. Second to best besides the Marriott. The rooms were clean for the most part. Some areas weren’t but nothing to worry about really. Everything was clean that needs to be cleaned. The only issues that I would mention would be definitely parking. The parking situation is kinda weird. There isn’t a lot of parking, and the parking is very tight small area. The parking gentleman are very nice. Another issue would be the air and regulated temp. The air is controlled by the user, not the hotel staff, but i’m not sure why I was cold and then hot then cold then hot. I have no clue. I was on the 6th floor and heat rises so maybe that’s why? Overall, i would book here again. It was nice, quiet, you get what you pay for, clean, and no need to worry about issues with people bothering or harming you.
Rooms were nice. Bathroom had large glassed in shower. Bed was Queen sized. You could get lost in it. Breakfast was a little on high side but had buffet type selections.
