For an economy hotel this place is quite nice. We we're pleasantly surprised at how large , clean and comfy this is. Foam bed topper is great touch. The location is just a minute walk to nearby restaurants and a 5 second walk to one of the friendliest bars in Nai Harn.

Good location. Very clean and spacious room, beds are super comfy. The owner Billy is a legend. Highly recommended!

Amazing pies & also have the best fish and chips around. Friendly owner, aircon inside. Must visit whilst in Rawai?

Amazing stay at the Tropical sands. Billy and his wife are such a friendly couple who make you feel right at home. They even booked a local restaurant for us which was superb. Would highly recommend this place. Also got the coldest beer in town!

Great food , awesome location out of the normal but so good. A nice surprise from the rest of what i have seen on other trips. Food also amazing.!!! Quailty all round for price is too cheap. Back soon. Heaps of local eats at local prices out and about
