location, rooms, and service are all perfect. staff are very accommodating and kind, however, one day, after a day out i had come back to the hotel with my door left open, the cleaning staff had fixed up my room but left the door unlocked. overall an enjoyable stay but i was concerned for the safety of my belongings.

My family and I stayed here during 18-19 May. Suuuuuuuper friendly staff, able to help us check in faster and borrow us her own umbrella because she noticed our umbrella might be small as we carry a young kid, very caring and very very friendly. Breakfast selection is good and hotel is with a good view, highly recommended!! Although the area is a bit “ghost town” type but we like the relax feeling surrounding by sea and low rise buildings.

Room is big and comfort. TV graphics quality needs to be improved. We asking for baby cot but staff didn't sent till we check out. Location quite nice and nearby got dining shop. Not shopping centre. If you looking for relaxing vacation, this might be one of your choice.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location near the harbor, making it perfect for pleasant strolls along the waterfront or through the nearby garden. I was very pleased with my stay - the room is wonderfully spacious and kept clean. The staff deserves special mention for being both polite and helpful. Considering the quality and location, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Clean and spacious room. Aircond works well, good water pressure. Room comes with fridge, stove microwave and iron. Many plug points in the room However the wall is a bit thin i guess, we can hear people talking from the next room Excellent breakfast buffet. Love the bihun goreng! Not a big spread but should be enough. There are some main dishes like nasi lemak and mee/bihun goreng, the usual hash brown, baked beans combo, egg counter, soup noodle counter, bread and cereal counter, fruits and salad counter On our 2nd day, we noticed the choices were more on indian cuisine. The head chef informed us it was because they had a big group of vegetarian indian guests that day. Which i feel is very thoughtful for them to prepare such spread Good job to all the staffs and chefs at Kembali Kitchen!
