We stayed two nights in a superior family room and thought the hotel was lovely. The room was a great size for a family of four and very clean. All staff were interacted with were polite and professional. We are breakfast which was also well priced for families. The location is fantastic, only minutes away from the train, underground and tram. There is a large selection of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We would definitely recommend the hotel for the price.

We had a room where the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and due to the weather, it got extremely hot inside. It was hard to breathe, and the AC was only blowing hot air. Fortunately, Prakash was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us where the air conditioning worked perfectly. Many thanks again to Prakash! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again.
