Excellent location. Spacious comfortable room and the staff are brilliant. Friendly, quick and easy check in. It's spotlessly clean. Having breakfast tomorrow before we leave, it looks very good. This will be our first choice for coming trips to London. Very close to Aldgate and Aldgate East underground stations. Many bars and restaurants near the hotel. Easy walk down to Tower Bridge, could not have made a better choice. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed four nights for work. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Comfortable king sized bed and ideal location. Service was great as was breakfast. Only complaint was the noise the air-conditioning unit outside my window made. It didn't bother me too much but if you are a light sleeper it may keep you awake. Would definitely stay here again!

Well positioned hotel at a good price, clean, surprising quite quiet especially given the location, with good sized rooms. Views weren't great, but you get what you'd expect in central London. Would definitely return, only dropped a star as service and food at the on site restaurant was a bit hit and miss. But otherwise all in all, a good night's stay.

The hotel is located in a very good location and accessible by public transportation. The room was a bit small but clean and very well equipped. The staff are friendly and supportive. The hotel has a very good restaurant and the breakfast was vey delicious.

Stayed here recently — excellent location, just a short walk to key transport links and some very strategic spots in the city. Room was clean, functional, and quiet — perfect for someone who values clarity, order, and minimal distractions. Staff kept a low profile but were responsive when needed — much appreciated. I've always respected operations that run smoothly behind the scenes. Staying here reminded me how vital quiet efficiency is — whether in hospitality or more discreet national roles. Would welcome a chance to contribute where calm focus and attention to detail are valued.
