Ants in the room. Their solution is mop the floor. No real solution. This hotel is not very clean and very concerning. As an avid traveller and seeing all the good reviews compared to hotels in the area; it’s very misleading. Chose the hotel because the location worked for us. We will be checking out early.

People complain about location, but we have a car. The mall is probably 10-15 minute walk. Based on where we were going it worked.

The bed is solid firm. The pillows are very basic style pillows. If you don’t like this you’ll hate the rooms.

Showers were a bit dirty. We found hair left around so it wasn’t cleaned to Noram standards. We also found one when we lifted the blanket. Either from the cleaner or the person before.

We had a chip on the floor and it was still there when we got back. Clearly it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

It’s a basic hotel, no added services. If you have that expectation you’ll be fine. But they need to address this bug issue that I have been seeing on the reviews lately.

Okay place, midrange in price. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Showers and stuff works, although refrigerator may be iffy, but the staff are helpful and change it if necessary. It's close to the city, but still quiet enough and the view from half the hotel is of nature, other half faces the road.
Downside is their Wi-Fi ... You have to get a log in and password for every device separately and they log off sporadically. That's a big annoyance if You have more than one device.

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are spacious.
There was no bell boy to carry our luggages for both check in and check out.
The room was big but you can hear every single noise from corridor. Since our room was on the lower floor (2nd fl), we could clearly hear kids running, talking in the hallway and door closing sound from other rooms. It was quite uncomfortable.
The location was not bad but you will need a scooter or a car to get around.
The hotel has its own bar, cafe and massage.
Bar open till 12am and massage close at 7pm.
The hotel is quite close to airport 20-30mins.

On a busy highway. Staff seemed very disinterested. Weed smell everywhere. Pool looked nice but full of previously stated weed smokers :/
