We recently had the opportunity to stay at Tiu Oasis in Lombok. From the moment we arrived the staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Even providing a welcoming beverage. The room was spotless and the bathroom has an adorable outside shower. Lots of extras from safe for passports to filtered water dispenser in the room. Landscaping was tastefully done and pool was amazing. Cannot praise the staff enough in how they were a wealth of information, from Taxi services to surf instruction.

Beautiful place, value for money. We were only there for a short one night, arriving late and leaving early, but the staff were super helpful in getting us settled ASAP on arrival, and also arranged us transportation to the airport at the very last minute when we departed. The hotel itself is about a 10min drive off the main road, on a gravel path, so it may not be the most accessible on foot.

Amazing stay for 6 nights, beautiful room with private pool and good kitchen and separate spaces for us to work remotely independently. The manager Zar made everything easy for us and was very welcoming and friendly, as were all the staff. Great recommendations of what to do in Lombok. Room cleaning always available even in the evening. All requests catered for generally. Brilliant condition moped provided too, able to handle even the most difficult roads in lombok. Local cheap food available nearby, and away from the intensity of the main kuta strip, but not too far ;) Loka gym complete with many ice baths and huge sauna very close by too. Big plus. Only downside, the small road to the hotel hasn’t been properly surfaced yet, as there is some construction nearby. However construction noise was not particularly bad. Would return!
