My recent stay at Time Ruba & Sweet Hotel was a wonderful experience. Along with the excellent hospitality, the comfortable atmosphere and cleanliness of the rooms are truly commendable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, always ready to provide the best experience to the guests. Cleanliness, delicious food, and world-class facilities—all in all, this is a perfect 5-star hotel! I would definitely like to come back in the future.

4 star hotel with good ambiance. Around 15 km from Masjid Al- Haram. Bus service available every hour. Taxi service is always available. Ample parking available under the parking slot. Amenities are good. Check in and out process easy. Luggage handling people are not that much co-operative or depends on the people’s mentality. Restaurants is good but pricey. No restaurants available nearby. Better order the food through delivery service apps, like “keeta” or “hunger station”

Had a 1 night stay with wife. Good and quiet hotel with well maintained facilities. Great for business or holiday stay. Location just a little outside centre, not much traffic. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall, great experience . Hotel receptions and staff also very accommodating. 4 stars hotel with a 5 stars feels?

Had a very nice stay at this 4-star hotel during Hajj. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Abdullah Maamoon from housekeeping—he was excellent and very attentive. The restaurant food was decent, but during this busy time, some items ran out and weren’t refilled quickly. Overall, a pleasant experience and would recommend it!

The hotel was WONDERFUL. We had a 3 night stay and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities were of excellent quality and well maintained and i hope it stays this way. If the quality of the experience remains the same we will definitely be returning. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was good too and the pool and the gym were amazing as-well. I love how they remembered and kept good hours for females to use the amenities. The bus shuttle took a bit long and the walking from bus station to masjid can be long. 10/10 stay. The room service was also very good.
