This is such a lovely place to stay. Not only is it beautiful located for theatres/covent garden etc.but the staff are ALL outstanding. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and attentive. Book direct with them and you can get so many benefits. My daughter stays here every time she has to be in London for work and has always raved about it, now I can see exactly why! Do not hesitate to book here. The bed set up in many of the rooms may not be ideal for some people but they are very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Fantastic stay.

“Home sweet home” is the only thing that comes to my mind whenever I think about this hotel. Once I step inside the only thing on my mind is “this should be how happiness and peace must feel like”. A place I never want to leave, with all its comfort, perfect location and kind and helpful people working there. The manager Gracjan, specifically, has become like a brother to me and my family with all the time we spent there. He is literally one of the kindest souls we’ve ever met. He makes nights feel even safer than ever. This hotel is the description of ‘comfort’ and ‘perfection’. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone. Best place to stay in London!

This hotel has a good location. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very small; very small for two people. I think it's a good fit for people who are traveling for business and staying only a couple of nights, or for people who travel alone. It was a good experience, but I'd stay elsewhere if on vacation.

Amazing hotel! Stayed with my son for 1 night. The room is so small that it resembles a train compartment. However, the room has everything you need. Clean bathroom, clean bed linen and towels. Breakfast is delicious. Small selection, but everything is fresh, brewed coffee. There is a tap for drinking water in the lobby. A separate bonus is a cheese plate and a glass of wine for all guests! Walking distance to all attractions. Thank you very much to the hotel! We will definitely come back!

Lovely staff, allowed us to check in a little early as our room was ready. The location is fantastic. The room itself is modern and clean, however there is little to no bathroom privacy! Shower had great water pressure. Shampoo and body wash is supplied. They have automatic window blinds which is a cool feature. The lobby is beautiful. If you’re a Z hotel member, you get complimentary cheese and wine for each day of your stay! From what I saw, I would not recommend the breakfast, there are so many great cafes close by to go to instead. They also have a luggage holding area if you wanted to explore the city after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.
