During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of being assisted by VJ, the hotel concierge, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, VJ went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offering fantastic recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. His knowledge of the area was remarkable, and every suggestion he made turned out to be absolutely perfect. Beyond his expertise, it was VJ’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made such a lasting impression. No request was too big or too small – he handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a smile. Thanks to VJ, our trip was not only seamless but truly special.
This is my second time staying at the Westminster hotel. I choose it principally because of its proximity to my office, but it is also a very civilised and comfortable place to stay. Best of all, for me as a visually impaired person, the staff strike an amazing balance between Giving me the help I need whilst still being unobtrusive and discreet. The rooms I have stayed in have been a good size and very comfortable. I’m not normally a big fan of “ accessible rooms” , having too many shin level objects to collide with, but I thought room 323 worked reasonably well, with all the grab handles and alarms that some customers with mobility impairments would appreciate, whilst managing to still be relatively stylish and easy to navigate for a visually impaired person. Overall, this is somewhere that I will look to return to, when the rates are low enough.
I highly recommend staying at the Westminster London hotel. It is very nicely located, quiet, and close to many London attractions, such as Westminster, Big Ben, 10 Downing Street, and Buckingham Palace. The Staff was extremely helpful. Conor, with the concierge team, was awesome. Front desk members, including Vijay and Sukt, were also helpful. There were two reasons why I did not give a five-star rating: First, I was unable to turn the lights on in the bathroom without turning the lights on in the bedroom. Second, rethink how you advertise the happy hour social. Other hotels offer free food and drinks, but this was not the case, and it should be noted on your signs. When I return to London, I will certainly stay at the Westminster London Curio hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Stayed here one night in May, 2025. Insanely low price for the quality. Room was small but very nice. Staff was accomodating. Hotel is very close to Big Ben and Westminster, a great place to stage a visit to London. Also close to the Tate which has an amazing Turner collection.
