I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, the experience was overall fantastic. The highlight for me was the view – absolutely breathtaking. The ocean views from the room’s balcony were spectacular, and the sunsets? They were nothing short of mesmerizing. It’s one of those views you’ll remember long after you leave. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. There was a great variety of options, all delicious and fresh, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Dinner was also very good, with a solid menu offering something for everyone, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable for the location and the quality of the experience. The rooms themselves were spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, the beds could use a little updating – they were a bit less comfortable than I’d hoped for such a beautiful place. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, delicious food, and a great price. Just don’t expect the most luxurious bed, and you’ll have an amazing time!

First visit was Dec 2023 and we decided that this is going to be our new favourite relaxing holiday. All the staff at the Westin Siray Bay are courteous, very helpful and hardworking. Seasonal Tastes has great food for breakfast, Horizon Pool Bar has amazing views (happy hour from 5-6pm at all bars). Staff needs to be more firm with patrons/customers who are vaping at the pool deck chairs, pool bars, restaurants etc. there were many instances of people vaping and staff didn’t do anything, we had to complain. Free daily shuttle buses to Phuket Old Town and Patong, free activities such as kayaking, aquacise, workouts, bird watching etc. Buggy rides to your rooms are the best way to go! Much fun and easy cos there’s a lot of slopes and stairs ? Tiny complaint: 3 evenings in a row, we requested for a bucket of ice, and each time it took more than 30min to be delivered. Not sure why. In room dining took 40min and tasted amazing. A tranquil location (1hr away from airport) 3 swimming pools, rooms with amazing views. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back again!

Our recent getaway to Phuket was made truly special by our stay at The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa. The amazing experience began with the fantastic hospitality we received from every member of the staff. Their cheering and positive attitudes were infectious and made us feel so welcome. We were also consistently impressed with the great food served at the resort's various dining venues. The awesome property itself is a haven of tranquility, with a beautiful private beach perfect for soaking up the sun. Our ocean view room no. 2111 with a pool was absolutely fabulous – waking up to those views and having our own private plunge pool was a highlight of the trip. If you're looking for a resort in Phuket that offers exceptional service, a stunning location, and luxurious accommodations, The Westin Siray Bay is an excellent choice. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with wonderful memories

Genuine 5 star rating, the service was amazing and something I've never seen before. From asking the names so they could aproach us with respect, giving us small treats at the pool for free, bringing us to our rooms with the carts even very late in the night, even switching the whole pan because we had a person who was highly allergic to certain ingredients, the cooks stepping outside of the kitchen to thank us properly because we really enjoyed their food, or even setting a "get well soon" card with flowers because my mother felt ill. The reception staff are also really friendly,patient and helpful atvall times, also thanks to mr.ploy helping us with the luggage and general tour of the resoirt :) deserved 5 stars!

We will there less than a couple weeks ago and had a fabulous time. We dine most of the time at the resort and both the food and service was wonderful. Our room was great and the view was spectacular. I loved the golf cart service as we were at the 13xx level rooms, so basically too high to walk all the time. That being said, we love walking those stairs both up and down as it was our only exercise because when we were there, all we did was lay by the pool all day every day. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this resort and return to the resort when in Phuket.
