The Westin Josue Busan is one of if not the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, full stop. The concierge and staff were extremely warm and inviting, the accommodations were first rate, and the location is almost impossible to beat. Easily walkable to the main Busan street, but cabs are plentiful for those longer walks. The breakfast at the camellia was one of my favorite in the three day trip, I am sad I did not get to enjoy the panorama lounge or bar, but the Westin lounge was incredible. I had a few drinks with friends before our dinner and it was such a lovely way to start the evening. And for all this, the Westin is incredible value for money; the value for the cost of the room (at least in the winter off season) simply could not be matched elsewhere.

I recently stayed at The Westin Josun Busan and had a truly memorable experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Jaeyoung Lee. I was traveling with my sister, who had a cast on her foot, and Mr. Lee went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From check-in to check-out, he showed incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. His kindness and sincere care turned what could have been a challenging trip into a truly heartwarming one. Thanks to Mr. Lee’s support, my sister and I were able to focus on enjoying our time in Busan rather than worrying about logistics or discomfort. Employees like Mr. Jaeyoung Lee are the reason The Westin Josun Busan stands out—not just as a luxury hotel, but as a place where guests feel truly cared for. I am deeply grateful and will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

April 9 and 10, 2025 Stay here again in April, 2025. It is near the end of cherry blossom. We still enjoy the weather, food and service from hotel. Shipping luggage is inexpensive as long as not next day delivery. Hotel is helping us to send luggage to Seoul. It is much easier for us to take a train ride. ————— 2024—————— The hotel is next to Dongbaek Park and beach. Guests can enjoy daily walking & jagging. The Westin club is decent and good food for breakfast & happy hour. Fitness and sauna are good to relax your muscles after lifting weights. On site restaurants provide good local food & buffet. I wish they had better coffee.

Luxury hotel with some age behind it. Service and great location. If perfection is required, you may want to look elsewhere and spend more.
