Decent place to bunk for night sleep. It is in a residential area, so it is not noisy. Rooms were clean and there were free coffee tea and oven for heating food in the reception area which was helpful. However, the location is only near old town and the area becomes sleepy at 10 pm. Not preferred for party and happening locations.

We stayed in room 414 with a view over the city , nice, spacious and clean. The area is away from the city noice. You can walk to old town in 15 min. Or bike 5 min. Its possible to rent a scooter here for 250 pr day if you rent minimum 3 days. We got a great one. The staff here is very helpful and kind. There is washing and drying machines in the parking area cost around 55 baht for a few kgs. The only downside here is the rooms thin walls so if you have a loud neighbour tou can hear them snore. Was supposed to stay here for 1 night… ended up staying for 6. Such a nice room, with a really nice view from the balcony, and everything you may need (toilet paper, bin bags, towels) all provided for you. Receptionist was lovely and bubbly. Such great value for money. Would definitely go back!

Loved this Place. It's super clean, such great and helpful staff. Though it was just for a day we enjoyed our stay here. The highlight was you get everything here, laundry, drinking water, rental 2 wheelers, 4 wheelers and basic essentials at the reception. They also helped us book ferry for Phi Phi Island. Thanks to all the wonderful Staff we will definitely be back here.

Our stay there was very nice. The stuff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. There is a self laundry service on site which is very convenient. The price of a laundry is 20thb and there's also dryer next to the washing station, and the price is only 10thb for cca 12min of drying. There's a small snack station at the reception. You can have free coffee or tea at any moment, very kind gesture.Hotel is around 12min away from the old town Phuket.
